How I work
When I joined Primitive in 2017 there was no PM department and no consistent time tracking. I built both, and I've kept rebuilding the way work moves through the agency as it has grown.
I look at where hours go and where handoffs break before I change anything. Then I make the fix simple enough that people keep using it, and I automate the admin so my team can focus on clients.
Before agency work I ran live production for two churches, which taught me that a good system is one people can follow under pressure.
