Project Manager · Systems Architect
I'm a project manager and systems architect focused on designing processes that eliminate friction and reduce repetitive work — so teams have the space to focus on what actually requires them: creative thinking, bold decisions, and work worth doing.

[Outcome — e.g. "Reduced onboarding time from 6 weeks to 3 by redesigning the workflow from the ground up."]
[Outcome — e.g. "Eliminated 4 hrs/week of status meetings per team member by redesigning the delivery framework."]
[Outcome — e.g. "Rebuilt the quarterly planning cycle, giving teams 30% more time in execution by compressing planning overhead."]
The best systems are the ones people stop noticing — because they just work.

How I work
Before changing anything, I understand how it actually works — not how it's supposed to. That means talking to the people in the process, finding where time disappears, and identifying what's genuinely broken versus what just feels that way.
A good process today beats a perfect process never. I build things to be tested, adjusted, and improved — with feedback loops built in from the start so the system gets smarter over time without a major overhaul every quarter.
Repetitive work isn't just inefficient — it crowds out the thinking that actually moves things forward. I look for every task that can be systematized or eliminated, so the people doing the work can spend their energy on what only they can do.
